House prices edged up by 0.7 per cent to a median $537,013 in the December quarter, the Domain House Price Report, released on Thursday, reveals....
...Real Estate Institute of WA president Damian Collins said there were fewer properties on the market than there were this time last year, creating more demand from buyers.
“There are lots of buyers out there, and they’ve come out early this year,” Mr Collins said. “Agents are certainly optimistic.”
